Read, Log, and Earn Free In-N-Out – Sign Up Now!

Reading Challenge starts March 1, 2025

If you need a little extra reading motivation this spring, this one is always a family favorite.

From Saturday, March 7 through Saturday, April 18, the San Bernardino County Library is partnering with In-N-Out Burger for the annual Cover to Cover Reading Program. Kids can turn books into burgers by earning a FREE hamburger or cheeseburger just for reading!

And yes, it starts this week.

How the 2026 Program Works

Children ages 4 to 12 can participate.

To earn a reward, kids can:

  • Read 5 books, or
  • Log 300 minutes of reading

Once they complete a milestone, they earn a Cover-to-Cover Club Achievement Award, which can be redeemed for a free hamburger or cheeseburger at participating In-N-Out locations.

Even better, children can earn up to THREE awards during the program.

Reading really does pay off.

How to Sign Up

Families can register online through Beanstack beginning March 7.

After registering:

  1. Log your child’s books or reading minutes.
  2. When a milestone is reached, an achievement award unlocks.
  3. A voucher will be available for pickup at your local San Bernardino County Library branch.
  4. Children must be present to receive their voucher.

The program is completely free to join.

The official website has not posted the full program details yet, but it should be updated any day since the program begins this week.
